David Thfc McCombie – 5 star. My dog Jax loved his holiday with waggy tails. He had long walks and played constantly with other dogs.was always free to wonder and play around the secure garden.never caged like at the kennels. We will be using you again the next time we go on holiday. A brilliant holiday for any dog.

Dave Robinson – 5 star Skye has just finished her weeks holiday with Waggytails and obviously had a wonderful time. It was great knowing we could go on holiday safe in the knowledge that Skye was with someone who adores dogs and would be treated as one of the family. The pictures each day kept us up to date with all the fun Skye was having and gave us peace of mind. I would very much recommend Waggytails to anyone thinking of using them ☺.
Rachel looked after my two beloved dogs (an elderly Schnauzer who has fits and a 10 month old terrier cross) with love and care, and she sent us wonderful photos of their ‘holiday’ every day. My boys were well-exercised according to their different needs, and they were spoilt rotten on Rachel’s sofas in her warm house. They were cuddled and entertained, and they got on brilliantly with her two lovely, sweet-natured dogs. Rachel was completely brilliant and utterly professional when my dog had a fit. I genuinely think my boys are missing Waggy Tails now they’re home! They loved their stay and I’ve already booked them in again.

Sally E Haine – 5 star was so happy to find waggytails and the lovely Rachel! Our black lab Nellie is quite timid but after a couple of hours she was romping round with the others joining in the fun. She settled in well and I was relaxed and happy to leave her in such good, knowledgeable and competent hands in such a safe, secure and beautiful setting. Delighted to recommend
Abbey Bence – 5 starOur late dog brandy stayed with Rachel at waggy tails. Brandy was an old girl and needed gentle care. Rachel was the dream sitter and gave Brandy the perfect care and attention she needed. I would highly recommend her to all dog owners.
Pat Malpas – 5 star All the dogs that i have met when they have been staying at WaggyTails have had a wonderful time,they get taken on lovely walks and sometimes days out,if they like water they get taken to water,whatever makes them happy,it is a home from home place for dogs to stay,they are treated and loved just the same as WaggyTails resident dogs,would highly recommend WaggyTails if you want your dog to have a lovely time while you are apart from them,oh and lots of treats as well
I am so glad I found Rachel and Waggy Tails. I have Jinxs a Whippet and was really worried about who was going to look after him when we were on holiday, Jinxs has had 2 practise days so far and loved it, he played and played all day ( I could see from the photos Rachel posted) he came home happy and tired, We are doing a sleep over next and I am happy he is in good hands.

If anybody is looking for someone to walk or board there dog with I cannot recommend WaggyTails Nailsworth enough, absolutely brilliant. They went over and above what I asked of them due to circumstances I wasn't aware of. You can definitely go away on holiday knowing your very much loved furry friends are in good hands. Would not hesitate next time to send our little old lady Westie Holly to Rachel and Pat at Waggy Tails, thank you from the bottom of my heart for stepping in and having Holly for the extra time you did. Lots of love to you both Claire and Holly xxxx

Cannot recommend Waggytails enough! We were very worried about leaving our 8 month old for a week but Rachel took such great care of him. He became one of the family and we were worried on our return he wouldn't want to leave with us! Also being able to see on Facebook what they are getting up to really helps! He is looking forward to coming back in August

Thank you waggy tails for taking such amazingly good care of my little dog. He had an amazing holiday and every minute of it. It is such relief to find such an amazing place and alowed us to have a lovely holiday. Thank again Rachel you truly are an amazing lady

Would fully recommend Waggy Tails if you want to leave your dog(s) in safe hands and in the knowledge that they are going to have a lovely holiday as well. After 2 successful trials we left Henny and Ollie for 9 days. Rachel and Pat definitely go the extra mile to give them a home from home experience with lovely walks, play activity and plenty of cuddles. When they want to rest they have the wonderful sofas in Rachel's lounge to stretch out on. We received daily fb postings with pictures giving us constant reassurance our beloved pets were being well looked after. We have now booked 2 holidays in advance because we can't imagine them staying any where else.

If you want your dog to have really good fun when you go away, and be brilliantly cared for, use Waggy Tails. Mine come back happy and exhausted. I know form Rachel's set up that they are at the heart of her family while they are with her. Insultingly, mine get very excited when I take them there, and don't even have the good grace to look sad that I am going. Rachel is also flexible and tries to help with arrangements as much as possible.

Our pooch really loves meeting new friends here. Anyone looking for a homely pooch-palace need look no further, as Rachel is great (and slightly dotty about dogs). They get plenty of exercise and company, far far better than being locked in a boarding cell. Very highly recommended.
